How long does my order take to ship? We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours and provide you with the tracking details so you can monitor the progress with our shipping partners.

What is your return policy?  Due to the intimate nature of our products, we don’t accept returns.

Is your packaging discreet? Discretion is very important to us. We advise you to thoroughly inspect and wash your toy before use. All our products are carefully inspected for quality before being packaged in safe 100% recycled and recyclable cardboard. We post our packages in a cardboard box with a small branded bio-sticker inside a compostable mailing bag.
