General Questions

Why Ceramic? People are really starting to consider their sexual health and pleasure items in the same way as they think about their cosmetics and food, and are seeking out body-safe and environmentally-friendly options. Ceramic intimate products are both incredibly safe and healthy and have a super low environmental impact. Our toys are for everyone, to be used however you like it.

Is it safe? Ceramic only breaks by hitting a hard surface, just like your favorite teacup. Our products are totally safe in their initial condition. Care must be taken in cleaning and moving the object. Before use, have a check, if chipped, damaged, or different from its initial condition, do not use it. Your safety is important, better to be safe than sorry.

What does it feel like? Our toys have been described by our valued customers and friends as:

  • Pleasantly filling

  • Perfectly angled

  • Pleasurably weighted which engages a strong pelvic floor muscle response

  • A sensual change from high-intensity vibration

  • The perfect tool for exploration

  • A good massage tool internally and externally.

Why are they special? It is absolutely sustainable, long-time lasting, handmade, beautiful, smooth, strong, hard, creative, and decorative and has a rich history of connection with human life. Each piece is unique and handcrafted there isn’t another exactly like yours. Due to the artisan nature of production, our prices reflect this devotion to creating quality unique pleasure pieces. Did you know that ceramics naturally hold heat? Unlike common plastic and silicone sex toys, ceramic toys quickly adapt and retain body temperature. Toys can be used either warm or cold for temperature play. Keep them in the fridge (never the freezer!) for a cooler calming effect or place them under warm water for 30 seconds to warm up.

Ceramic toys can be used with any type of lubricant. We advise you to thoroughly clean your toy before and after use and/or use a condom.

I saw a piece on your Social media page that I want to buy, but I can’t find it in your shop? If you find something on our social site that no longer has a page on our website, it’s most likely sold out. If you are very keen on purchasing a specific item, send us an email with the photo and we will do our best to make it just for you.

How are they made? Ceramics generally start with a clay-based material dug from the ground that's mixed with water (to make it soft and flexible) and other materials, squashed into shape, expertly crafted either in the pottery wheel or by other ceramic art techniques, dried, then fired at high temperature in a large industrial oven called a kiln which induces reactions that lead to permanent changes including increasing the strength and solidity of the object's shape. The glaze is a coating on pottery, the primary purposes of which are decoration and protection. One important use of glaze is to render porous pottery vessels impermeable to water and other liquids.

To prevent glazed wares from sticking to the kiln during firing, a small part of the object being fired (for example, the foot) is left unglazed.

Warning: If you experience pain during penetration, we strongly suggest, you see a gynecologist or other pelvic floor specialist who can properly diagnose you. Sometimes the pain in the vagina or anus is not just from tensed muscles. You could have a sexually transmitted infection, endometriosis, UTI, or dealing with pain due to PTSD. Self-diagnosing and self-healing can be dangerous. The first steps of healing are always a proper medical diagnosis.

How do you ship your products? All our products are carefully inspected for quality before being packaged in safe 100% recycled and recyclable cardboard. We post our packages in a cardboard box with a small branded bio-sticker inside a compostable mailing bag. Discretion is very important to us. We advise you to thoroughly inspect and wash your toy before use.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we don’t accept returns.

Do you offer custom pieces? We certainly do! We love custom pieces! Have a consult with the Ceramic artist, share your thoughts and desires and then we’ll go away and get busy creating your custom masterpiece.

Due to the time, clay takes to process, your piece will be mailed to you approximately 4 weeks later free of charge within Australia.
